The Lind Bohanon Neighborhood Association has designated City of Minneapolis NRP dollars for a new deferred home improvement loan program. Lind Bohanon residents can apply for up to $5000 for home improvements, forgiven after being owner-occupied for five years! No income limits or down payment required.
