Tour de Camden is an annual event sponsored by Shingle Creek Neighborhood Association that Northside neighbors look forward to for over 16 years.
This year Shingle Creek Neighborhood Association is partnering with Victory Neighborhood Association and Webber-Camden Neighborhood Association on July 20 to bring yet another exciting bike ride through North Minneapolis neighborhoods. Along the way there will be plenty of stops to refresh and introduce riders to some of our favorite spots like Dancing Bear Chocolates and the Victory Flag Pole. The ride will begin at 2:30 p.m. from Creekview Recreation Center, and end about 4 p.m. at Webber Park for a free BBQ sponsored by Webber-Camden Neighborhood Association. If you choose not to stay for the BBQ, it is short 15-minute ride back to Creekview.
You can pre-register for the ride at shinglecreekmpls.org or at the day of the event. Should the ride be rained out, we will reschedule for another weekend.
Helmets are required. Limited supply of helmets will be available if you don’t have one. Updates and info at shinglecreekmpls.org. We look forward to seeing you there.
