Camp Capri explorers discover the art of ceramics

This February, Camp Capri S3 (CCS3) moves to the second Saturday of the month, February 12, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at the newly expanded, renovated Capri. Middle school youth in grades 5-8 are invited to attend. No experience is necessary, lunch is served, masks are required, and CCS3 is free, but registration is required each month at thecapri.org.
The February CCS3 adventure will be led by Minneapolis based artist and educator, Kenneth Caldwell. He’s got an exciting exploration of ceramics planned, with a focus on Black History Month. It’ll be a fun day and a fun way for middle schoolers to get their hands into the arts.

Up to 25 students can participate in each session. Registration is open now at thecapri.org. Questions may be directed to company manager Kiana Batteau at kianabatteau@gmail.com or 612-559-6289.

And coming soon to CCS3:
March 19: Guest artists, Z Puppets Rosenschnoz!

April 16: Guest artist, Kelley Pribyl

May 21: Artist, illustrator and muralist, Briauna Williams
