Minneapolis 2040 Open House

Farview Park
City of Minneapolis planners have spent the last year listening to residents’ thoughts about the future of the city and shaping ideas to plan for its growth. Attend this interactive open house to learn about their ideas and share your feedback.
December Neighborhood Meeting
Wednesday, December 13
7-9 p.m.
The Goddess of Glass
Bring a dish to share at December’s Neighborhood Meeting to celebrate the holidays with your neighbors. Attendees will also hear from Metro Transit about the 2018 construction of Bus Rapid Transit stops in Victory, and will have the opportunity to share their ideas with Minneapolis Park and Recreation staff on capital investments that will improve Ryan Lake Park, Victory Prairie Dog Park and Victory Park.
Holiday Lights Contest
December 15-25
Judges will be crisscrossing the neighborhood during the evenings of December 15-25 to identify the houses with the best holiday lights display. Leave yours shining bright to be considered. Prizes and the traveling trophy will be awarded at the January, 2018 neighborhood meeting.
The ViNA office will be closed during the week of December 25.
