To our volunteers and leaders at the Victory Neighborhood Association, thank you for your unwavering support! Your hard work keeps community activities going, fosters neighborly trust and makes our Minneapolis corner welcoming to everyone.
Formed in 1992, the Victory Neighborhood Association (ViNA) arose from residents’ commitment to a strong, unified community with a local voice for ideas and concerns. Over the years, ViNA has led countless events, youth programs, safety measures and home care initiatives—always guided by inclusion and equity. Today, it unites neighbors, supports local businesses, and advocates for a vibrant place to call home.
