LBNA Senior Deferred Loan Program!
The Lind Bohanon Neighborhood Association has designated City of Minneapolis NRP dollars for a new senior deferred home improvement loan program. Seniors 62 years and older can apply for up to $7500 for home improvements, forgiven after being owner-occupied for 5 years! No income limits or down payment required.
