The Summer 2024 “Camden High School Art Project” aims to transform Henry High School into Camden High School, embodying the vibrant spirit of the Camden Community and embracing the dynamics of change. Renowned artist Charles Caldwell will lead this activity, collaborating with a team of experienced art teachers and students from the school. The project will involve creating a monumental 30’ x 60’ mural installation outside on the northside wall of the school.
This project is open for any incoming 9th grader to graduating 12th grader who wants to participate. Friends, family and members of the Camden Community are welcome to share ideas.
Participate between June 24-August 30, Monday-Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Student artists will receive a stipend with the commitment of 80 percent attendance.
