LBNA Senior Deferred Loan Program!
The Lind Bohanon Neighborhood Association has designated City of Minneapolis NRP dollars for a new senior deferred home improvement loan program. Seniors 62 years and older can apply for up to $7500 for home improvements, forgiven after being owner-occupied for five years! No income limits or down payment required. LBNA Security Rebate Program

Shelter for Youths Experiencing Homelessness
Avenues for Youth provides safe shelter and housing options for youth who are 16-24 years old who are experiencing homelessness. Call 612-522-1690 or visit ysnmn.org.
