Lind Bohanon Neighborhood Association (LBNA) General Membership Annual Meeting

Agenda: Election of the LBNA Board of Directors
The Board of Directors will be elected from LBNA membership. Membership in LBNA is open to any individual person 18 years of age or older who a) resides in or owns any residential property; or b) owns or operates any nonprofit organization, licensed business, or public agency within the Lind-Bohanon Neighborhood. All members are encouraged to run for Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors shall consist of up to 11 members. One position should be an owner or representative of a business located in Lind-Bohanon.
The Directors are elected to serve in the best interests of LBNA. They are responsible for the overall policy, direction, effective governance, oversight, activities and resources. All Directors take an active role in committees, initiatives, activity planning, decision making and implementation of Board approved directives.
