Welcome Program
Victory Neighborhood Association is looking for residents to volunteer their time by becoming a ViNA Block Ambassador. Block Ambassadors are part of the ViNA Welcome Program. Block Ambassadors assist the Victory Neighborhood Association with building community throughout the Victory neighborhood, block by block.
