D Line construction continues into fall

Fremont and 42nd

•     Construction includes partial street reconstruction, new station platforms, sidewalk, driveway apron, pedestrian ramps, signals and utility work. 

•     Intersection fully closed Sept. 6, with a full closure in place for one month and 3-4 months of lane restrictions following closure. 

•     Crews began work on curb and gutter pouring and will begin electrical work and begin work on concrete station areas.  

Fremont and Dowling

•     Construction includes street pavement, new station platforms, sidewalk, pedestrian ramps, signals and utility work. 

•     Intersection partially closed with lane restrictions in place for up to four months. 

Emerson/Fremont and 26th

•     Construction includes partial street reconstruction, street pavement, new station platforms, sidewalk, driveway apron, pedestrian ramps, signals, and utility work.  

•     Intersection fully closed the week of Aug. 16 and 2-3 months of lane restrictions following closure. 

•     Crews completed electrical work and begin work on concrete station areas

Major construction has been completed at the following stations: 

Fremont & 35th Ave. No traffic restrictions in place.

Emerson/Fremont & Lowry: No traffic restrictions in place.

Emerson/Fremont & Broadway: No traffic restrictions in place.

Emerson/Fremont & Plymouth: No traffic restrictions in place.
