Share your ideas with our leaders. Senator Bobby Joe Champion and director Kerry Jo Felder will brief attendees on their priorities for the Minnesota Legislature and Minneapolis Public Schools. Attendees will also have time to provide feedback to the officials and weigh in on Minneapolis Community Education programming and draft design concepts of the new water feature at Victory Park.

The Victory Neighborhood Association is searching for its next team leader. This position staffs the ViNA office and provides oversight and execution of all ViNA functions and operations including program management and development, financial management, board and committee coordination, event coordination, communications, staff supervision and community relations.
This is a half-time, salaried position and reports to the chair of ViNA’s board of directors. The job requires regular evening and weekend availability for community meetings and events. Consistent, posted office hours are expected, but can be determined by the employee. Proficiency (or ability to quickly gain proficiency) in Office 365, Quickbooks, and online platforms like Facebook, Instagram and MailChimp is needed.
Professional or volunteer experience working in North Minneapolis and within the Minneapolis neighborhood system is preferred. Must be empathetic, adaptable and a self-starter.
