Neighborhoods 2020
Beginning next year, the City of Minneapolis will change how organizations like the Victory Neighborhood Association are funded and operated. You can learn more about the proposed changes and share your feedback by visiting ci.minneapolis.mn.us/ncr/2020. Comments are due by March 31, 2019.
