Penn Avenue Community Works Assistance
As part of the revitalization of Penn Avenue North, Hennepin County is providing forgivable loans of up to $5,000 for homeowners along Penn Avenue who will complete exterior improvements. Individuals looking to purchase a home on Penn, Oliver or Queen may be eligible for up to $3,000 in forgivable loans.
