For the first time in many years Henry has 30 young ladies out for softball! Even enough to possibly field three teams. This year’s team is filled with senior leaders excited to improve on last year’s experience — featuring State Leading Base Stealer (52) and All Conference Senior Florentina Fannapin, and Section 4AA Strike Out Leader (72) All Conference Junior Pitcher Olivia Lawrence. The softball team will be very busy this season playing a full schedule. One highlight – they will be the late night feature on the Northwestern University campus on Monday, May 8 facing Washburn under the lights — 7:30 p.m. start!
