WCNO Board Meeting: Thursday, May 5, 6:30 p.m., WCNO office. Friends of the Upper Mississippi River will present on the “Above the Falls” project and plans for the upper riverfront. And Hennepin County will present the next phase of the Penn Corridor project. Both of these projects hold important developments for Webber-Camden residents.
May is the month to take a deep breath and get ready to celebrate summer. The end of June brings the Block Leaders Gathering and August 13 will be Truck Extravaganza in Webber Park. Also you can expect pedestrian crossing strips on Webber Parkway prior to the Webber Park Pool opening in June.
Do you know that the Clothing Closet at North United Methodist Church is open to serve on the first Monday at 6 p.m., and the first and second Saturday mornings from 9 a.m. till noon?
