In April 2012 Jaette Carpenter and Ellie Fregni, two longtime Northside teachers, created Hopewell Music Cooperative North with a mission to empower students of all ages from the Northside community to grow musically, academically, socially and emotionally through music. Since our very first open house we have grown from 50 to 200 students and have taught over 10,000 lessons!
We invite the community to celebrate our fourth birthday on Sunday, April 10 at 3 p.m. at the Capri Theater, with a concert showcasing our ensembles, followed up by a reception and a student recital. There is a suggested $10 donation at the door. With a limited number of seats available be sure to arrive early to get the best seats in the house!
